The state of Colorado's mandatory 2023 Annual Commission Update course this year will cover the ins and outs of the Personal Property Agreement, the importance of including the buyer's lender in the inspection resolution process, what to do with listings when brokers change companies, Fair Housing, referral fees, and RESPA, buying property for yourself, acting as a Transaction Broker and more.

This 4CE credit class is offered live and in person. You must be present by 9:45 am to earn CE credit. Handouts will be provided in class. You must pass the exam at the end of the class to meet the state's mandatory requirement.
